Marrakech the red city

Marrakech, the , the "red city". We do not know how adjectiv. This beautiful Moroccan city is one of the largest in the country. Located at the intersection of Sahara and High Atlas Mountains, home to almost 1.5 million in habitants (not counting tourists).

You'll fall under his charm, the medina walls, the buildings are colored with a red ocher that leaves no one indifferent. This is even more wonderful evening at sunset

But the city also offers these new attractions. While walking along the main street: Avenue Mohamed V, you will find good numbers of shops, nightclubs, cafes, hotels, restaurants. And you arrive in an important area Gueliz where you will discover the sublime Majorelle Garden.

Marrakech is fascinating with its animation, its scents and colors. Her heart beats on the Djemaa el Fnaa and the souks. Called the Global South, it leaves a regret alleys and palaces, promising to return.

Between visits to monuments and gardens, stroll through the medina, relax in the hammam and shopping in the souks. There of what to do in Marrakech. Besides it’s a strategic starting point for good numbers of trips to the High Atlas Mountains, the desert or the southern beaches of Agadir and Essaouira
